Pastor Samm Melton-Hill ministers at New Beginnings Worshipping Community and its yoked ministry, Highlands Lutheran Church. In addition to these roles, Samm is also a board member of the Rocky Mountain Refuge, an end-of-life care center for unhoused folx and on the Rocky Mountain Synod's Mission Outreach Board. They continue to be a member of Proclaim, an LGBTQ+ clergy community of the ELCA. Samm also leads spirituality groups at West Pines Recovery Treatment Center and Inpatient Mental Health Units and will continue to serve as a Chaplain at Childrens Hospital Colorado as needed. Samm is passionate about working alongside those who are vulnerable and marginalized and believes strongly that all deserve the radical hospitality, love, and grace of Jesus.
