It is a vision of a church where members are molded into spiritual maturity through prayer, teaching, and preaching of the gospel.

It is a vision of a church where ordinary people discover they each have extraordinary talents and gifts and they are developed and refined for the work of the ministry.

It is a vision of a church, where the members participae passionately in the spreading of the gospel on the mission field and where they are equipped to be sent out across the county and the world for the building of God's Kingdom.
